Chad M. Nicholson

Chad M. Nicholson focuses his practice in the areas of employment law, personal injury, and medical malpractice litigation in Idaho’s state and federal courts.

Born in Woodward, Oklahoma, Mr. Nicholson lived in the Treasure Valley for several years prior to residing near Portland, Oregon. Mr. Nicholson returned to the Treasure Valley to attend Northwest Nazarene University (B.A. Political Science and Social Science, 2000) prior to attending Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D., 2003, cum laude).

Prior to joining Rossman Law Group, PLLC in May, 2006, Mr. Nicholson was a deputy prosecuting attorney for Kitsap County, Washington. Since joining Rossman Law Group, Mr. Nicholson has engaged in trial work and argued before the Idaho Supreme Court.

He is admitted to practice in all of Idaho’s state district courts, the Idaho Court of Appeals, the Idaho Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.

Mr. Nicholson is a member of the Idaho State Bar (Young Lawyers Section), the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and is an inactive member of the Oregon State Bar.
